DOCUMENTO PÚBLICO / PUBLIC DOCUMENT

1. Purpose

This Cookies and Similar Technologies Policy (the “Policy”) explains the technologies Bliim may use on its website, application, webviews and other digital environments, their purposes, user choices and their relationship with the Privacy Policy.

2. Scope

The Policy applies to technologies controlled by Bliim or integrated into its digital environments. Technologies actually active may vary by device, version, jurisdiction, configuration, provider and functionality. Only technologies actually deployed should appear in applicable public controls or inventories.

3. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

Cookies are files or identifiers that a website may store or read in a browser. Similar technologies include mobile SDKs, pixels, tags, local/session storage, device or advertising identifiers, web beacons and equivalent mechanisms. Not all of these technologies operate in the same way or are subject to exactly the same rules.

4. Categories

Bliim may classify technologies by purpose: strictly necessary; functionality/preferences; analytics/performance; advertising/marketing; and security/fraud prevention. A category describes the primary purpose and does not replace the applicable legal analysis.

5. Strictly Necessary

These technologies support essential functions such as session management, authentication, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, storing privacy choices or delivering a requested function. Where a technology is legally strictly necessary, it may operate without optional consent. Bliim will not classify analytics or advertising as “necessary” merely to avoid user choice.

6. Functionality and Preferences

They may be used to remember language, region, preferences or settings. Where law requires consent for these technologies, they remain disabled until the user makes a valid choice.

7. Analytics and Performance

Bliim may use analytics, performance and crash-reporting tools to understand how its environments operate and improve stability and experience.

Activation, legal basis, data granularity and retention depend on jurisdiction and configuration. Where prior consent is required, these technologies will not activate before consent is obtained.

8. Advertising, Attribution and Marketing

Bliim may use technologies for campaign measurement, attribution, retargeting or advertising where enabled. Where law requires consent or opt-out, Bliim provides the relevant control. Advertising is not treated as a strictly necessary function.

9. Security, Fraud and Compliance

Bliim may use identifiers or technical signals for account security, abuse detection, fraud prevention, authentication and compliance controls.

Those data should not be repurposed for incompatible advertising purposes without an appropriate legal basis.

10. Third-Party Technologies

Analytics, infrastructure, security, support, messaging or marketing providers may operate technologies within our environments. Bliim evaluates their function, data and contractual relationship. Where a third party operates under its own terms or as an independent controller, relevant information may be made available through the Privacy Policy, preference center or provider documentation.

11. Consent and Choice

Where applicable law requires consent, Bliim requests an affirmative, informed and verifiable action before activating non-essential technologies.

Mere browsing, silence or continued use is not used as a substitute for consent where opt-in is required.

12. Accept, Reject and Manage

Where required, cookie controls allow users to accept, reject or manage non-essential technologies in a reasonably clear manner. Rejecting optional technologies should not prevent basic functions, unless a particular function legitimately depends on the rejected technology.

13. Withdrawal and Preference Changes

Users may modify or withdraw choices through controls available in the digital environment where required by law. Withdrawal affects future use of optional technologies; Bliim may retain limited records of the choice where needed to demonstrate compliance or satisfy a legal obligation.

14. Web, App and Device Permissions

Browser cookies, mobile SDKs, device identifiers and operating-system permissions are separate layers. Apple, Google, browser or device controls complement this Policy and do not replace legal consent where such consent is required.

15. Global Privacy Control and Browser Signals

Where applicable law requires recognition of a universal opt-out signal, Bliim will treat it in accordance with that obligation and the technical capabilities of the environment. Global Privacy Control (GPC) is honored where legally required. Do Not Track (DNT) signals are not automatically treated as equivalent to GPC or as a universal rule across all jurisdictions.

16. Sale, Sharing and Behavioral Advertising

The legal characterization of communications of identifiers to third parties may vary by jurisdiction and configuration. If applicable law treats a practice as a “sale” , “sharing” , targeted advertising or equivalent and grants an opt-out right, Bliim will provide the required mechanism and apply the choice to the covered processing.

17. Retention

Cookies may be session-based or persistent. Bliim seeks to limit the duration of cookies and identifiers to the period necessary for their purpose, legal obligations, security and proof of consent. Actual periods depend on production technology and configuration.

18. Personal Data and Transfers

Where a cookie or similar technology processes personal data, the Bliim Privacy Policy also applies. Transfers, third-party roles, user rights, security and retention are governed by that Policy and applicable law.

19. Spain / EEA

In Spain and the EEA, technologies that are not strictly necessary and store or access information on terminal equipment are managed through the required information and consent before activation, unless a legal exception applies. Users may withdraw or modify choices through an accessible mechanism, and privacy rights remain preserved.

20. United States

In the United States, obligations may vary by state and type of processing. Where applicable state law recognizes opt-out rights regarding sale, sharing, targeted advertising or universal preference signals, Bliim applies the relevant mechanisms to the covered user and processing.

21. Colombia

In Colombia, where cookies or similar technologies involve personal-data processing, Bliim applies principles of notice, purpose limitation, security and authorization where required, coordinated with the Privacy Policy and available choice mechanisms.

22. Mexico

In Mexico, personal-data processing associated with cookies or similar technologies is disclosed in coordination with the Privacy Notice/Policy and choices available under applicable law. Where a purpose requires consent or permits limitation of use/disclosure, Bliim provides the relevant mechanism.

23. Updates

Bliim may update this Policy because of technology, legal, provider or purpose changes. The current version and date will be available in the Legal Center or website. If a change requires a new user choice, Bliim will request the relevant action.
