1. Purpose

This Disclosure clearly and generally informs users of material risks associated with acquiring, receiving, holding, converting, transferring or using digital assets through functionality enabled via Bliim. Its purpose is to support informed decision-making and prevent the technology presentation of a product from creating expectations of safety, liquidity, regulation or protection equivalent to other financial products.

This document does not replace product-specific terms, issuer or partner disclosures, jurisdictional annexes or the specific warnings set out in PUB-003 through PUB-008.

2. Scope

It applies to functionality involving crypto-assets, tokens, stablecoins, blockchain-based assets, wallets, conversions, on-chain transfers or any other expressly supported digital asset. Its specific application depends on Product × Country × Partner and the actual MVP architecture.

The existence of this Disclosure does not mean Bliim offers every type of asset or service described in it.

3. Nature of the Disclosure and No Waiver of Rights

This Disclosure is informational and contractual to the extent permitted by applicable law, but it does not limit mandatory consumer rights, regulatory obligations, duties of an issuer/custodian/provider or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A user's acknowledgement of risks is not a general waiver of valid claims.

The risk list is material but not exhaustive; new risks may arise from technological, legal, market or infrastructure changes.

4. Meaning of Digital Asset

For purposes of this document, digital asset functionally describes an asset, token, right or representation of value generated, recorded, issued or transferred using blockchain, distributed ledger technology or similar technology. Different assets may have materially different designs, rights, issuers, governance mechanisms, networks, sources of value and risks.

The commercial label of an asset does not by itself determine its legal classification, regulatory treatment or user rights.

5. Bliim's Role and Partner Allocation

Bliim may provide the technology interface, onboarding, display, instructions, support or integration with one or more partners. Custody, issuance, conversion, purchase, sale, redemption, settlement, transmission or other functions may be performed by third parties depending on product and jurisdiction.

Legal responsibility is determined by the actual function, contracts, flow of funds / flow of assets, provider entity and the applicable legal and regulatory analysis; this Disclosure does not automatically attribute to Bliim a licence or regulatory status that it does not hold.

6. No Automatic Equivalence to Deposits, Money or Investment Products

A digital asset should not be assumed to be a bank deposit, legal tender, security, commodity, e-money, payment instrument, investment product or insured product solely because of its name or because it appears in a financial application. Classification may differ across assets, transactions and jurisdictions.

Users also should not assume that deposit insurance, investor-compensation mechanisms or securities protections apply to a digital asset or to the entity holding it; any protection must be verified in the product-specific disclosure.

Concept PUB-002 Rule Condition Bank deposit DO NOT ASSUME Only where the specific product legally identifies a deposit at an authorized institution Deposit insurance DO NOT ASSUME Confirm institution, asset, structure and coverage before making a claim Investor compensation / SIPC-equivalent DO NOT ASSUME Depends on jurisdiction, entity, asset and service MiCA protection DO NOT ASSUME Confirm asset/service scope and provider authorization Redemption right DO NOT ASSUME Depends on issuer, asset terms and product Peg / value guarantee NO An objective to maintain value does not guarantee the outcome Transfer recovery NOT GUARANTEED Depends on finality, network, partner and facts

7. Volatility and Loss-of-Value Risk

The price or economic value of a digital asset may rise or fall rapidly and materially. It may lose a substantial portion or all of its value because of changes in demand, market sentiment, liquidity, technology, regulation, security, information concerning the issuer/project or macroeconomic events.

Historical stability, market capitalization or prior adoption does not guarantee future stability.

8. Liquidity and Market-Depth Risk

A liquid or sufficient market may not exist to convert an asset at the desired time, price or volume. Wide spreads, shallow depth, venue fragmentation, suspensions, counterparty restrictions or high volatility may affect the amount ultimately received.

A displayed price is not a guarantee that sufficient liquidity exists to execute immediately at any transaction size.

9. Price, Quote and Price-Discovery Risk

A displayed value may come from a specific provider, venue, index, market-data source or pricing mechanism and may differ from prices observed on other platforms. Latency, dislocations, stale data, market fragmentation or third-party failures may cause temporary differences.

Conversion quotes may have limited validity and must be treated in accordance with USR-004 and applicable fee/FX disclosures.

10. Counterparty and Provider Risk

Use of digital assets may depend on issuers, custodians, exchanges, liquidity providers, banks, payment rails, blockchain infrastructure, bridges, analytics providers or other third parties. Insolvency, fraud, default, operational failure, security incidents, legal restrictions or contractual termination affecting a third party may impair access, execution, value or recovery.

Integration of a third party into Bliim is not a guarantee of solvency, permanent performance or absence of risk.

11. Issuer, Project and Governance Risk

Where an asset has an issuer, foundation, protocol team, governance body or other relevant entity, its value or functionality may depend on the decisions, reserves, technology, funding, governance, disclosures or continuity of those persons. Governance failure, fraud, conflicts of interest, project abandonment or material change may affect the asset.

Decentralized assets may also face economic concentration, validator concentration, governance capture or other control risks.

12. Stablecoins — Specific Risk and PUB-003

Stablecoins generally seek to maintain or reference a value relative to a currency or other asset, but that objective does not guarantee permanent parity. Depeg, reserve sufficiency or composition, issuer/custodian failure, liquidity stress, redemption restrictions, operational events or legal changes may affect value and convertibility.

PUB-003 — Stablecoin Risk Disclosure addresses these risks specifically and prevails as the special disclosure for stablecoins.

13. Custody, Control and PUB-006

Asset security and user rights depend on who controls private keys or access mechanisms, how assets are segregated or recorded, the contractual structure and treatment upon insolvency or provider cessation. An interface displaying a balance does not by itself establish who has custody or what rights exist against a third party.

Where custody applies, the applicable custody disclosure must identify the custodial model and responsibilities before activation.

14. Private Keys, Seed Phrases and Wallet Access

Where users control private keys, seed phrases or other authentication secrets, loss, disclosure, theft or destruction may cause permanent loss of access. Where keys are controlled by a third party, users depend on that third party's controls, recovery procedures and solvency.

Bliim must not state that users control private keys where the actual architecture does not support that statement.

15. Cybersecurity, Phishing and Account Compromise

Digital assets may be targeted through phishing, malware, social engineering, SIM swap, credential theft, account takeover, malicious applications, fake support and other fraud techniques. An attacker obtaining sufficient credentials or control may initiate transfers that are difficult or impossible to reverse.

Users should use available security measures and verify channels, domains, recipients and support requests.

16. Blockchain and Network Risk

Blockchain networks may experience congestion, outages, reorganizations, validator/miner failures, attacks, forks, protocol bugs, delayed confirmations, consensus changes or degraded performance.

These events may delay, prevent, technically reverse before finality, or otherwise change how a transaction is processed.

Bliim does not control decentralized networks and does not guarantee their permanent availability.

17. Finality, Irreversibility and PUB-004

Blockchain transactions may reach different degrees of finality depending on the network and number of confirmations. Once the relevant operational or legal finality has been reached, a transfer may be irreversible and Bliim or the partner may lack technical ability to recover assets sent in error.

PUB-004 — Blockchain Transaction Finality Disclosure sets out the general framework for confirmation, irreversibility and network/address responsibility where applicable.

18. Forks, Upgrades and Protocol Changes

A blockchain or protocol may undergo hard forks, soft forks, upgrades, governance votes, redenominations or migrations. This may create additional assets, modify characteristics, split communities, change compatibility or cause a version to become unsupported.

Bliim and its partners may decide whether to support a fork, airdrop, migration or new version, subject to capability, risk and legality.

19. Smart Contracts, Oracles, Bridges and Protocols

Smart contracts may contain bugs, exploits, design flaws, permission risks or upgrade keys. Oracles may transmit incorrect or manipulated data; bridges and wrapped-asset structures add dependencies and may suffer exploits or operator insolvency.

Automated code execution does not guarantee that the outcome is correct, reversible, legally enforceable or economically safe.

20. Unsupported Assets or Networks and PUB-007

Sending an unsupported asset, a different token, an incorrect address or an incompatible network may result in permanent loss, failure to credit or costly/impossible recovery. Public visibility of a token or network does not mean Bliim supports it.

PUB-007 — Unsupported Asset / Network Policy sets out the framework for these cases where that policy is presented in the applicable flow.

21. Network Fees, Gas and PUB-005

On-chain transactions may incur network fees, gas, validator/miner fees or other charges determined in whole or in part by external conditions. These charges may vary materially, may apply even where a transaction fails, and may be non-refundable.

PUB-005 — Network Fee Disclosure sets out the framework for displaying and explaining these charges where applicable.

22. Operational and Technology-Dependency Risk

Outages, API failures, data inconsistencies, cyber incidents, maintenance, provider downtime, connectivity problems or software defects may impair access, quotes, execution, display or support.

Restoration of a system does not guarantee that an external transaction already transmitted can be reversed.

Bliim must maintain operational and incident-response controls but cannot eliminate all technology risks.

23. Settlement and Conversion Risk

A transaction may involve multiple stages: funding, conversion, blockchain transfer, partner settlement, bank/rail processing and final credit. Success of one stage does not guarantee completion of the others, and timing or amounts may be affected by market movement, provider status, compliance review or network conditions.

A displayed status must be interpreted under the product terms and not as a premature guarantee of final settlement.

24. Cross-Border and Infrastructure-Availability Risk

An international transaction may depend on institutions, rails, wallets, exchanges, banks or providers located in different jurisdictions. Local restrictions, operating hours, compliance, sanctions, capital controls, contractual changes or disruptions may affect availability or timing.

Onboarding availability in a country does not mean every digital-asset functionality is enabled there.

25. Regulatory and Legal-Classification Risk

Rules applying to digital assets continue to evolve and may affect classification, offering, custody, exchange, transferability, taxation, marketing, availability, redemption or consumer protections. The same asset or transaction may be treated differently depending on facts, structure and jurisdiction.

Bliim may modify, restrict or withdraw functionality where necessary to respond to legal, regulatory or partner changes.

26. Spain / EEA — MiCA and Variable Protection

In Spain/EEA, Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) establishes obligations for certain crypto-assets and crypto-asset service providers, including fair, clear and not misleading information and warnings regarding risk. However, not every asset, service or situation necessarily receives the same legal protection.

Before presenting a product as covered by MiCA, Bliim must confirm the asset or service classification, provider authorization and applicable scope; the mere presence of an authorized entity must not create an impression of regulatory protection regarding services that are not covered or are different.

27. United States — Variable Classification and Protections

In the United States, legal treatment depends on the asset, transaction, function and specific facts. In March 2026, the SEC and CFTC published a joint interpretation distinguishing categories of crypto assets and recognizing that a non-security crypto asset may, depending on the transaction, become subject to or cease to be subject to an investment contract.

Bliim must not state that every digital asset is a security, commodity, deposit or unregulated product; it must confirm the legal characterization of the product and each partner before making those representations. Bliim also must not promise FDIC, SIPC or other protection unless legally applicable and expressly disclosed.

28. Colombia and Mexico — Local Treatment

For Colombia and Mexico, availability of digital assets does not by itself authorize reserved activities, deposit-taking, regulated financial services or foreign-exchange/payment activity outside the permitted perimeter. Bliim must confirm the applicable legal characterization before enabling the relevant product.

Regulatory or partner changes may modify functionality, limits or availability without creating a permanent user entitlement to the product.

29. Brazil — Virtual Assets and Regulatory Scope

In Brazil, the provision of certain virtual-asset services is subject to the framework established by Law No.

14,478/2022, Decree No. 11,563/2023 and regulations issued by the Banco Central do Brasil, including BCB Resolution No. 520/2025, as amended from time to time. The applicable classification depends on the asset, activity, entity performing the service and the actual product configuration.

This Disclosure does not present Bliim as a bank, a virtual-asset service provider authorized by the Banco Central do Brasil, custodian, intermediary or broker in Brazil. Before enabling a digital-asset feature for users or flows subject to the Brazilian regime, Bliim must confirm the applicable Product × Country × Partner route, the entity performing any regulated activity, relevant authorizations and product-specific disclosures.

30. AML, Sanctions and Transaction Restrictions

Digital-asset transactions are subject to applicable KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, fraud controls and other measures. A transaction may be held, reviewed, rejected, limited or blocked where a valid legal, contractual or risk basis exists.

Measures and communications are governed by applicable AML, sanctions and fraud controls and the Acceptable Use Policy; being under review does not by itself mean a user committed a violation.

31. Fraud, Scams and Deception

Digital assets are frequently used in scams, impersonation, fake investment opportunities, romance scams, phishing, fraudulent support, pump-and-dump schemes and other forms of deception.

Transferring assets to a fraudster may be irreversible and recovery may not be possible.

No Bliim communication may promise guaranteed returns, risk-free crypto, nonexistent regulatory approval or assured enrichment.

32. Market Manipulation and Information Asymmetry

Digital-asset markets may exhibit shallow depth, concentration, conflicts of interest, wash trading, spoofing, pump-and-dump activity, insider information, opacity or manipulation on external venues.

Available prices may be affected by conduct Bliim does not control.

Market data, ranking or popularity is not certification of quality or value.

33. Transparency, White Papers and Information Quality

White papers, websites, tokenomics, reserve reports, attestations, audit-like reports and marketing materials vary in quality and should not be assumed equivalent to a regulated financial-statement audit.

Users should review actual rights, governance, issuer, reserves where applicable, technical dependencies and relevant documents.

Where law requires a provider to make a crypto-asset white paper accessible, the corresponding link must be integrated into the applicable flow.

34. Data, Privacy and Blockchain Transparency

Many blockchains maintain public or pseudonymous records that may permit analysis of addresses and transactions. Although an address may not directly show a name, additional data may allow activity to be linked to a person or entity.

Use of Bliim also involves data processing under the Privacy Policy and DAT; blockchain data may not be modifiable or erasable in the same manner as an internal record.

35. Tax, Accounting and Reporting Risks

Acquiring, receiving, converting, transferring or disposing of digital assets may have tax, accounting, wealth or reporting consequences depending on jurisdiction. Bliim does not guarantee a particular tax treatment, and users are responsible for personal obligations except for duties expressly assigned by law to Bliim or the partner.

Legal changes may alter the future treatment of existing transactions.

36. Suspension, Delisting and Loss of Support

Bliim or a partner may suspend or withdraw an asset, network, conversion pair, rail or functionality because of risk, security, liquidity, regulation, partner termination, incident, maintenance or lack of support. Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, appropriate information or instructions will be provided.

Historical support for an asset does not create an obligation to support it indefinitely.

37. Airdrops, Token Migrations and Other Events

Bliim does not guarantee support for airdrops, staking rewards, token migrations, protocol incentives, rebases, governance rights or other digital-asset events. Eligibility may depend on custody, provider capability, legal treatment and technical configuration.

Lack of support for an external event does not necessarily mean Bliim received or retained an asset for the user.

38. No Investment Advice — PUB-008

Information provided by Bliim regarding assets, prices, functionality, risks or availability is operational and informational and does not by itself constitute investment advice, portfolio management, tax advice or a personalized recommendation. PUB-008 — No Investment Advice Disclaimer supplements this rule where presented in the applicable flow.

Nothing in this section limits any obligation that could arise if Bliim were in the future to provide a service legally characterized as advice and properly authorized.

39. Marketing and No Guarantees

Marketing, UI and CX must be consistent with this Disclosure. They must not use language presenting digital assets as 'safe' , 'guaranteed', 'risk-free' , 'cash equivalent', 'insured' or offering assured returns unless the claim is accurate, verifiable and legally permitted for the specific product.

Information must be fair, clear and not misleading and must not hide material risks behind promotional benefits.

40. Reasonable User Responsibilities

Users should review terms and disclosures, verify asset/network/address, protect credentials, understand that a transaction may be irreversible, confirm that functionality is permitted in their jurisdiction and refrain from using Bliim for prohibited activity. Where the product requires additional information, users must provide it completely and accurately.

These responsibilities do not remove mandatory obligations of Bliim or a partner.

41. Complaints and Recourse

If an error, unauthorized transaction, outage, custody issue or dispute arises, users should use the channels identified in the application or applicable terms. Available remedies depend on the product, transaction type, partner and governing law.

The Complaints & Claims Policy and Unauthorized Transactions & Error Resolution Policy govern the applicable routing; technological irreversibility does not automatically eliminate legal rights that may exist.

42. Hierarchy of Specific Disclosures

PUB-002 operates as the general disclosure. Where the subject is specific, the following also apply:

PUB-003 for stablecoins; PUB-004 for finality; PUB-005 for network fees; PUB-006 for custody; PUB-007 for unsupported assets/networks; and PUB-008 for no investment advice.

USR-004 governs the contractual relationship for wallet/stablecoin/fiat conversion. In the event of conflict, mandatory law and the specific document prevail as to their subject matter without eliminating legally required more favorable protections.

43. Presentation, Acknowledgement and Versioning

The Disclosure must be presented before first activation or use of a material digital-asset functionality and again where a material change requires renewed presentation or acceptance. Implementation may combine an account-level acknowledgement with just-in-time disclosures for specific risks.

Bliim may retain reasonable evidence of presentation or acceptance, including version, language, jurisdiction, product, user identifier, timestamp and links to applicable specific disclosures, in accordance with applicable law and its recordkeeping controls.
