Information provided by Bliim about digital assets, prices, risks, functionality or availability is general, informational, educational or operational in nature. It does not, by itself, constitute investment advice, portfolio management, a personalised recommendation, or tax, legal or accounting advice. A disclaimer does not change the legal nature of a feature: if a future feature constitutes regulated advice, it may only be enabled once applicable legal and regulatory requirements have been satisfied.
1. Purpose
This Disclaimer explains the boundary between general information Bliim may display about digital assets and a personalised recommendation or service that may legally constitute investment advice.
Its purpose is to prevent technological, educational, operational or risk information from being interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, convert or allocate funds to a particular asset.
2. Scope
It applies to Bliim content and features involving digital assets, stablecoins, prices, quotes, market data, charts, rankings, watchlists, alerts, educational content, BChat, AI assistants, support, campaigns and conversion or transfer functionality.
Application of this Disclaimer depends on the relevant product, jurisdiction, partner and legal entity that originates or controls the applicable feature or content.
3. A Disclaimer Does Not Replace the Reality of the Product
Legal characterisation depends on actual conduct and design. The words “not investment advice” do not turn an experience that personally recommends an asset or transaction into neutral information.
If a future feature crosses into regulated advice or recommendation activity, Bliim must satisfy applicable legal requirements before enabling it.
4. Bliim’s Role
Bliim primarily provides technology, interface, orchestration, operational information and educational or risk content. Availability of assets, prices, conversions, wallets or third-party integrations does not, by itself, mean that Bliim acts as an investment adviser, financial adviser, portfolio manager or equivalent regulated provider.
5. Factual, Educational and Market Information
Bliim may display objective information such as asset identity, network, price or quote, balance, fees, limits, availability, historical data, volume, volatility and transaction status.
Past performance, charts or historical trends do not guarantee future results and must not be interpreted as predictions, target prices or promises of return.
6. Availability Does Not Equal Recommendation
The fact that an asset, stablecoin, network, product or conversion pair is available through Bliim does not mean that Bliim recommends, endorses, considers safe or considers it suitable for a user.
Technical, operational, contractual or compliance approval of a feature does not constitute certification of investment quality or expected performance.
7. Quotes and Execution-Only Flows
A quote may display price, exchange rate, amount, fee, spread, estimated validity and expected receipt without recommending whether the user should enter into the transaction.
The user decides whether to initiate and confirm a transaction under the applicable terms and disclosures.
8. Personalised Recommendations
A feature may approach a personalised recommendation where it uses a person's specific circumstances — such as objectives, risk tolerance, history, balance, preferences or financial situation — to suggest a particular asset or transaction.
Bliim will not automatically use data collected for KYC, AML, fraud, security or customer service to conclude that an investment is suitable for a person.
9. Rankings, Trends and Featured Content
Lists such as “popular” , “trending” , volume or search activity may be shown where they describe objective criteria and the methodology does not imply a recommendation.
Sponsored content, commercial placements or partner promotions should be distinguished from an independent recommendation where that distinction is material to the user.
10. Notifications, BChat and Artificial Intelligence
Notifications, banners, emails, BChat, chatbots or AI assistants may provide general and operational information but must not be presented as personalised advice unless a legally enabled advisory feature exists.
Content generated by other users or third parties does not become Bliim investment advice merely because it appears within a Platform feature.
11. Calculators, Scenarios, Returns and Yield
Calculators or scenarios may illustrate fees, conversion amounts or hypothetical outcomes where assumptions are clear. A hypothetical example is not a forecast or guarantee.
Yield, APY, rewards, staking returns, historical returns or similar metrics must not be interpreted as guaranteed returns, insured investments or promises of future performance.
12. Stablecoins
Availability of a stablecoin does not mean that it is a savings or investment product or that Bliim recommends holding it. A stablecoin may lose its peg, liquidity or redemption capacity and is subject to risks relating to the applicable issuer, reserves, custodian, network and regulation.
13. Tax, Legal and Accounting Information
General information about potential tax, legal or accounting consequences does not constitute individual professional advice. Users should obtain independent advice where their circumstances require it.
14. Partner and Third-Party Content
Bliim may display information from issuers, custodians, data providers, partners or other third parties.
Where material, the source should be appropriately identified.
Inclusion of third-party content does not mean that Bliim adopts all of its statements or becomes an investment adviser.
15. Conflicts, Compensation and No Endorsement
Commercial agreements, spreads, fees, compensation or partner relationships may affect which products or features are available. Bliim must not present a commercial placement as an independent recommendation.
An asset must not be described as “best” , “recommended” , merely because it is enabled on the Platform.

16. User Decision and Rights
The user decides whether to use a feature and bears the corresponding market risks under applicable terms. This does not remove mandatory obligations of Bliim or third parties or limit legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
17. Jurisdictional Treatment
In the United States, application of investment-adviser rules depends, among other factors, on the nature of the asset, content, personalisation, compensation and activities actually performed.
In Spain and the EEA, MiCA regulates certain personalised recommendations concerning crypto-assets, while MiFID II may apply where an asset is a financial instrument.
In Colombia and Mexico, securities-market advice rules apply according to the nature of the asset, service, entity and specific conduct.
In Brazil, the professional, independent and individualised provision of guidance, recommendations or advice concerning investments in securities is subject to the framework of the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM). Application of that framework to digital assets depends, among other factors, on whether the relevant asset or service is characterised as a security. Bliim does not hold itself out as a CVM-authorised securities consultant merely because it displays digital assets, prices or market data.
18. Marketing, Presentation and Updates
Marketing, UX and communications must remain consistent with this Disclaimer and must not hide risks through claims, defaults, badges, nudges or messages that may create a misleading impression.
This Disclaimer may be updated when features, law or product architecture change. Bliim may retain reasonable evidence of the version presented and, where applicable, the presentation or acknowledgement event.
