A stablecoin may seek to maintain a stable value relative to a currency or other asset, but that objective does not guarantee parity, liquidity, immediate redemption, issuer solvency, reserve quality or protection against loss. USDT and USDC may be available through Bliim only on expressly enabled networks and routes. Tazapay may participate as an infrastructure provider in certain flows, but issuance, reserves, custody, redemption, conversion, settlement or other functions may be performed by different entities.

1. Purpose

This Disclosure explains the material risks specific to stablecoins Bliim may enable, including currently intended USDT and USDC functionality on networks expressly supported by the product.

It supplements the Digital Asset Risk Disclosure and applicable product terms.

2. Scope

This Disclosure applies only to stablecoins, networks, contract addresses and routes displayed by Bliim as supported in the app or website for the relevant product and country.

The existence of USDT or USDC on a blockchain does not mean that every representation, contract, bridge or network using the same ticker is supported by Bliim.

3. Stablecoins Currently Intended

Bliim intends to enable functionality involving USDT and USDC, initially on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) and Polygon, through integrations that may include Tazapay as an infrastructure provider.

Actual availability may vary by country, partner, asset, network, product configuration and legal requirements.

4. Role of Bliim and Tazapay

Bliim primarily acts as a technology layer, interface and orchestrator of functionality. Tazapay may provide infrastructure for certain stablecoin flows.

Reference to Tazapay does not mean that Tazapay is necessarily the issuer, custodian, guarantor, redemption obligor or entity responsible for every stage of the flow. Those functions may be performed by different entities depending on the asset and applicable architecture.

5. Issuance and Reserves

USDT and USDC are issued by third parties and their ability to maintain a reference value depends, among other factors, on the issuer, reserve structure, liquidity and redemption mechanism.

Bliim does not control issuer reserves and does not guarantee their sufficiency, composition, liquidity or continuity.

6. Depeg Risk

A stablecoin may trade temporarily or permanently above or below its reference value. A depeg may result from liquidity stress, reserve concerns, operational failures, regulatory events, issuer risk, redemption problems, fraud, market dislocation or loss of confidence.

A later return to parity does not eliminate losses suffered by a user during the event.

7. Reserves and Information Quality

Where a stablecoin depends on reserve assets, its stability may be affected by the quantity, quality, liquidity, concentration, custody, valuation and availability of those reserves.

Attestations, transparency reports, examinations and audits are not necessarily equivalent; the nature of each report depends on its scope and standard.

8. Issuer Risk

Insolvency, fraud, loss of banking access, governance failure, regulatory action or financial deterioration of the issuer may affect issuance, redemption, price or availability of the stablecoin.

The commercial brand of an asset does not replace identification of the applicable issuing legal entity.

9. Redemption

The existence of a redemption mechanism does not mean every user can redeem directly with the issuer.

Eligibility, KYC/KYB, jurisdiction, minimums, fees, cut-offs, banking rails and contractual relationships may affect the available route.

Bliim may facilitate conversions or redemptions through partners without the user necessarily being a direct customer of the issuer.

10. Redemption Price vs. Market Price

Secondary-market price may differ from the issuer's redemption price. A 1:1 reference should not be interpreted as a guarantee of execution at the same price at all times.

Applicable quotes, spreads, fees and FX will be displayed through the enabled flow.

11. Custody and Asset Control

Stablecoin risk is distinct from the risk of the entity that holds, controls or records the asset for the user.

Hacks, key compromise, insolvency, commingling, restrictions or ledger errors may affect access.

Bliim does not automatically hold itself out as a custodian merely because it displays a balance or integrates a wallet.

12. Native, Bridged or Wrapped Representations

A bridged, wrapped or third-party-issued representation may not be legally or technically equivalent to the native representation of an asset.

Users must therefore use only the exact network and representation shown by Bliim as compatible.

13. BNB Smart Chain / BEP-20

Where Bliim enables USDT or USDC on BNB Smart Chain, users must use only the exact representation and contract address expressly supported by the app.

The BEP-20 standard describes technical token compatibility on BNB Smart Chain but does not itself guarantee issuer identity, redemption, liquidity, custody or Bliim support.

14. Polygon

Where Bliim enables USDT or USDC on Polygon, users must use only the exact representation and contract address expressly supported by the app.

The existence of a token with the same ticker on Polygon does not establish that it is the asset supported by Bliim.

15. Transfers on the Wrong Network

Sending stablecoins through an unsupported network, bridge, contract address or representation may result in non-crediting, delay or permanent loss.

Recovery, where technically possible, is not guaranteed and may depend on the partner, custodian, network, key control, legal feasibility and operational cost.

16. Smart-Contract Risk

Stablecoin smart contracts may include pause, freeze, blacklist, upgrade, mint or burn functions. These functions may be used for security, compliance or governance purposes and may affect transferability or availability.

Bliim does not necessarily control those functions.

17. Blockchain and Finality Risk

USDT and USDC inherit risks of the networks on which they operate, including congestion, reorganizations, forks, validator failure, gas spikes and confirmation delays.

An on-chain transfer may become irreversible or sufficiently irreversible according to the rules of the applicable network.

18. Fees and Gas

A transaction may involve a network fee, gas fee, partner fee, spread, conversion fee or other charge.

Network fees may vary with congestion and technical conditions.

A network fee should not be confused with a fee charged by Bliim or Tazapay.

19. Conversion and Settlement

Fiat↔stablecoin conversion may involve funding, a quote, partner processing, blockchain confirmation, settlement and final credit. Completion of one stage does not guarantee completion of all others.

Compliance review, partner outages, banking interruptions or market conditions may affect timing or the amount received.

20. Liquidity

A stablecoin may experience reduced liquidity or wide spreads in particular markets, networks or periods.

The existence of secondary markets does not guarantee continuous liquidity or sufficient depth.

21. Freeze, Sanctions and Compliance

Stablecoin transfers may be subject to KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, legal requests, issuer freeze functions and partner controls.

A temporary or permanent restriction does not automatically mean that the user engaged in unlawful conduct.

22. Fraud and Impersonation Risk

Fraudsters may use fake tokens, similar contract addresses, phishing, fake support, spoofed wallets or names that imitate USDT or USDC.

A ticker and logo are not sufficient to verify identity. Users should always confirm the exact asset and network displayed by Bliim.

23. Market Venues and Third Parties

A stablecoin may trade on external exchanges or venues with their own liquidity, insolvency, manipulation, withdrawal or pricing risks.

Bliim does not control external markets that are not part of the contractual product route.

24. “1:1”

, “Fully Backed” or “Insured” Claims Bliim must not describe a stablecoin as “risk-free” , “guaranteed” , “insured” , unless the precise claim is legally sustainable, verifiable and does not omit material risks.

Any reserve or redemption claim must be based on current official issuer sources.

“cash equivalent” or similar

25. Yield, APY and Returns

Mere holding of USDT or USDC should not be interpreted as an investment product providing interest, yield, APY or guaranteed returns.

If a separate yield product is offered in the future, it would have additional terms, risks and legal requirements.

26. Regulation — United States

In the United States, legal treatment of payment stablecoins, issuance, reserves, marketing, custody, redemption and related services depends on current law, its effective date and the entity performing each activity.

Bliim does not hold itself out as the issuer of USDT or USDC or as regulated in a specific category merely because it integrates these assets.

27. Regulation — Spain and the EEA

In Spain and the EEA, MiCA establishes specific rules for certain e-money tokens and asset-referenced tokens, including issuer, white-paper, reserve and redemption obligations where applicable.

Those obligations attach to the covered issuer and service and should not automatically be treated as obligations of Bliim.

28. Regulation — Colombia and Mexico

In Colombia and Mexico, use of stablecoins must be assessed within the actual perimeter for payments, digital assets, FX, transmission of value, deposit-taking and reserved activities.

Use of a stablecoin by Tazapay or another partner does not itself authorize Bliim to perform a regulated activity in its own name.

29. Regulation — Brazil

In Brazil, availability of stablecoins and other virtual assets is subject to the legal framework applicable to the specific product, entity and activity, including where relevant rules concerning virtual-asset service providers, payments, FX, AML and consumer protection.

Bliim does not automatically hold itself out as an authorized Brazilian virtual-asset service provider merely because it offers an interface or integrates a partner.

30. Regulatory and Operational Change

Bliim may restrict, suspend, modify or withdraw support for a stablecoin, network or functionality because of regulatory change, risk, security, liquidity, partner termination, incidents, maintenance or lack of support.

Historical support does not create an obligation to maintain a stablecoin or network indefinitely.

31. Marketing and No Investment Advice

Availability of USDT or USDC does not constitute investment advice, endorsement, a suitability determination or a guarantee of safety or performance.

Marketing, UI and customer communications must remain consistent with this Disclosure.

32. Presentation and Evidence

This Disclosure may be presented before the first acquisition, conversion, receipt or material use of stablecoins and again where a material change occurs.

Bliim may retain reasonable evidence of the version, language, jurisdiction, product, asset, network and date of presentation or acknowledgement where applicable.

33. Updates

This Disclosure may be updated when supported assets, networks, partners, issuer terms, custody architecture, conversion routes, regulation or product design change.

The published version and effective date identify the applicable text.
