Aviso esencial / Essential notice

BLIIA is an artificial intelligence system. It is not a person or human professional. Its responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or fabricated. BLIIA does not by itself execute material financial transactions and does not replace the terms, disclosures, verifications, decisions or responsibilities of Rain, Bridge, issuers, banks, custodians, lenders or other providers involved in a product.

Entidad contractual / Contracting entity: BLIIM GLOBAL LLC Legal y privacidad / Legal and privacy: [email protected] • Soporte / Support: [email protected] • Teléfono de contacto / Contact number: +1 302-440-5997 Dirección operativa / Operational address: 1000 N. West Street, Suite 1200, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, United States These BLIIA User Terms, the Artificial Intelligence Transparency Notice, the Privacy Supplement and the Safe Use Rules (together, the “BLIIA Terms”) govern access to and use of BLIIA. They form part of Bliim’s contractual framework and should be read together with the Bliim General Terms of Use, the Global Privacy Policy and Notice, the Acceptable Use and Prohibited/Restricted Activities Policy and the product- or provider-specific terms and notices that apply.

1. Nature of BLIIA and acceptance

BLIIA is an artificial intelligence feature integrated into the Bliim Platform. It may provide information, navigation, explanations, contextual assistance and other functions expressly enabled by Bliim. BLIIA must not be presented or interpreted as a natural person, a Bliim employee or a human professional.

Specific acceptance of these BLIIA Terms will take place on the first activation of BLIIA and before the first substantive query. Creation of a Bliim Account does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of these Terms. Bliim may retain reasonable evidence of the version presented, language, date and time, affirmative action and other elements necessary to evidence acceptance.

Availability of BLIIA may vary according to country, user type, app version, technology configuration, age, product and other applicable requirements. Display of BLIIA in the interface does not guarantee unrestricted availability.

2. Relationship with the General Terms and other documents

These Terms supplement the Bliim General Terms of Use and govern only access to and use of BLIIA. Except as expressly provided here, the General Terms of Use continue to apply in full.

If there is an inconsistency concerning the operation or use of BLIIA, these Terms prevail over the General Terms only in relation to that subject matter, without prejudice to applicable mandatory law.

Where an interaction with BLIIA leads to a product or service provided wholly or partly by a third party, the terms, privacy notices, disclosures and other documents of that product or provider also apply. Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any acceptance required by Rain, Bridge, an issuer, bank, custodian, lender or other third party.

3. Clear identification of the artificial intelligence interaction

BLIIA will be clearly identified as an artificial intelligence feature before or, at the latest, at the beginning of the first applicable interaction. The user must not assume that a response comes from a person, Bliim Support or a human professional unless the interface expressly states so.

If a conversation is transferred to Support or another human channel, Bliim will seek to distinguish that change.

Similarly, an automatically generated response will not be presented as individually written or approved by a person where that is not true.

Where applicable law imposes additional transparency, marking, accessibility or AI-generated-content identification requirements, Bliim will apply those that attach to the actual function and configuration used.

4. Scope of functionality

Depending on the enabled configuration, BLIIA may explain Platform features, guide the user to screens or resources, summarise information, answer general questions, help locate terms or policies, provide high-level operational instructions and provide educational or contextual content.

BLIIA may use account data, history, preferences, documents or other personal context only where the function is expressly enabled, there is a valid purpose and the processing is consistent with the Privacy Policy and the Privacy Supplement included in these Terms.

Bliim may limit, withdraw or modify BLIIA capabilities for security, quality, regulatory, privacy, provider availability, maintenance, abuse or product-change reasons.

5. BLIIA does not by itself provide regulated financial services

BLIIA is a technology interaction layer. Its operation does not, by itself, make Bliim a bank, issuer, custodian, money transmitter, securities intermediary, investment adviser, lender, credit bureau, fiduciary or financial institution.

BLIIA may provide a general explanation of a feature or direct the user to the applicable flow, but it does not replace the terms, disclosures, verifications, authorisations, decisions or documentation of a provider, issuer, bank, custodian, lender, Rain, Bridge or other participating partner.

Where a response concerns a financial product, the legal nature of the product, responsible entity, price, conditions, user rights and territorial availability are determined by the documentation and configuration applicable to that product, the user’s country and the relevant provider.

6. No financial, investment, legal, tax or professional advice

Unless a future feature is expressly structured, authorised and presented as such, BLIIA responses are informational and supportive and do not constitute financial advice, an investment recommendation, portfolio management, a buy, sell or hold signal, legal, tax, accounting or medical advice, or another regulated professional service.

A disclaimer does not change the legal nature of an activity. Bliim therefore will not use BLIIA to present as mere information a personalised recommendation or suitability conclusion that, in substance, requires a licence, authorisation, fiduciary duty, conflict disclosure or another specific regime.

The user should not base an important decision solely on a BLIIA response. Where a decision may have significant financial, legal, tax, medical or personal consequences, the user should review relevant official sources and, where reasonable, consult a qualified professional.

7. Financial transactions and continuation through authorised flows

BLIIA will not autonomously execute transfers, withdrawals, conversions, purchases, sales, card issuance or activation, account opening or closure, creation or modification of beneficiaries, credential changes, credit applications, digital-asset movements or another material financial transaction.

If BLIIA enables navigation toward an action, the transaction must continue outside the purely conversational context through the relevant authorised flow, including applicable eligibility, authentication, KYC/KYB, partner, disclosure, fee, exchange-rate, limit, confirmation and other requirements.

No phrase generated by BLIIA, such as “done” “sent” , , “approved” , “cancelled” or an equivalent statement, by itself constitutes evidence that a transaction was executed. The applicable system of record, receipt, history or transaction status prevails.

8. Credit, eligibility and high-impact decisions

BLIIA will not be used as the autonomous decision maker for credit approval or denial, credit pricing or credit limits, or for high-impact decisions in areas such as employment, housing, education, insurance or equivalent matters, unless Bliim has first implemented the legal, technical and rights architecture required for that use.

Where BLIIA participates only as an interface or explanation of a decision made by a third party or another authorised system, it will not invent reasons or replace a required formal notice. Reasons, review rights, adverse action notices or appeal mechanisms must come from the entity and process legally responsible.

If a jurisdiction considers an AI function to participate in a regulated or materially consequential decision, Bliim will apply the required notices, assessments, human review, explanations, records and other rights before enabling it.

9. Accuracy, limitations and risk of incorrect responses

BLIIA uses probabilistic models and systems capable of producing plausible responses that may be incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, outdated, inconsistent or fabricated. It may also misunderstand a question, context, document, language, figure, date or instruction.

Responses may vary to similar questions and do not constitute a guarantee of accuracy, currency, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. If BLIIA cites, summarises or explains Bliim information, the official document, transaction screen, receipt, current terms or relevant official source prevails in the event of inconsistency.

Bliim may use verified sources, information-retrieval mechanisms, filters, evaluation systems and other measures intended to improve accuracy; the existence of those measures does not turn a response into a certification or eliminate the need to verify material information.

10. Current information and external sources

BLIIA may not have access to real-time information and may not know recent changes in law, markets, fees, product availability, providers, price, balance, transaction status or external policies.

Where BLIIA uses or links third-party content, that content may be subject to its own terms, copyright, restrictions and policies. Bliim does not automatically adopt or guarantee a statement merely because BLIIA cites or presents it.

The user should use official Bliim and relevant provider surfaces to confirm material information before making a decision or carrying out a transaction.

11. Human support, complaints and exercise of rights

BLIIA does not replace formal Support, complaints, disputes, privacy, fraud, security or rights-exercise channels.

Where a user states a complaint, reports an unauthorised transaction, invokes a legal right, requests account closure or raises a matter requiring formal handling, BLIIA should direct the user to the appropriate channel where the function is available.

Use of BLIIA does not reduce or modify time limits, rights, remedies or requirements under law, product terms or applicable provider terms. The user must not assume that merely including a complaint in a query creates a formal complaint unless the interface expressly confirms creation of the case and provides the relevant identifier.

Where BLIIA cannot appropriately resolve a complex, sensitive or urgent question, Bliim may offer or recommend escalation to a human or specialist channel.

12. Information that should not be shared with BLIIA

Unless Bliim expressly requests data through a secure component designed for that purpose, the user must not enter passwords, passcodes, PINs, CVV, one-time codes, seed phrases, private keys, cryptographic secrets, recovery codes, third-party credentials or any element capable of taking control of an account, card or wallet.

The user should also not include confidential information, trade secrets, third-party data, privileged documents or sensitive information that the user has no right to share or that is unnecessary for the query.

If BLIIA unexpectedly requests a critical credential or authentication secret, the user should not provide it and may report the interaction.

13. Content provided by the user

The user retains the rights that legally belong to the user in queries, files and other content submitted. By submitting content to BLIIA, the user grants Bliim and its authorised providers only those rights necessary to process it for the purpose of providing, protecting, maintaining and, where there is a valid legal basis, improving the feature in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Supplement.

The user represents that the user has the right to provide the content and that its use by Bliim for the requested purpose does not infringe third-party rights or applicable law.

Bliim may reject, limit or remove content where there is a valid security, legal, contractual or technical reason, without creating a general obligation to review every query.

14. BLIIA-generated content and intellectual property

BLIIA responses may not be unique and other users may receive the same or similar responses. Bliim does not guarantee that a response is original, registrable, free of third-party rights or suitable for commercial exploitation.

To the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights, Bliim does not claim ownership of text generated exclusively for the user merely because BLIIA produced it. This rule does not transfer to the user rights in Bliim or third-party trademarks, software, interfaces, databases, pre-existing content, documentation, models, system instructions, trade secrets or intellectual property.

The user is responsible for downstream use of a response and should perform appropriate rights, accuracy and compliance checks before publishing it, incorporating it into a professional document or using it commercially.

15. Acceptable use and safety

BLIIA must be used lawfully, responsibly and consistently with the Bliim Acceptable Use Policy. It is prohibited to use it to facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, account takeover, identity theft, sanctions evasion, money laundering, illicit financing, market manipulation, child exploitation or abuse, threats, serious harassment, malware, unauthorised intrusion, control evasion, unlawful violence or any activity prohibited by law or applicable terms.

It is also prohibited to attempt to extract credentials, secrets, internal system instructions, keys, non-public security information or other users’ personal data; interfere with filters or controls for the purpose of facilitating unlawful use; automate BLIIA for abuse, unauthorised extraction of information, spam or disproportionate load; or knowingly present a response as authentic evidence where it has been fabricated or manipulated.

These restrictions apply regardless of whether a request is framed as research, simulation, testing, translation, an example or an indirect instruction where the actual purpose or effect is to circumvent controls or facilitate prohibited conduct.

16. Safety measures, moderation and reporting

BLIIA may apply filters, classification systems, usage limits, refusals, automated or human review and other measures intended to reduce fraud, abuse, prohibited content, security risks and other harms.

The user may have access to an in-app mechanism to report or flag offensive, dangerous, fraudulent, inaccurate or inappropriate responses. Reports may be used to investigate incidents, adjust controls, evaluate quality and meet platform or legal requirements.

Safety measures do not guarantee that BLIIA will detect or block all problematic content before it is displayed. The user should exercise independent judgment and report relevant incidents.

17. Privacy of BLIIA interactions

Processing of personal data is governed by Bliim’s Global Privacy Policy and Notice and the Privacy Supplement included in these Terms. Depending on the enabled configuration, BLIIA may process queries, responses, submitted files, account identifiers, permitted contextual information, technical data, session information, security signals and metadata necessary to provide and protect the function.

BLIIA should not be treated as a channel of professional confidentiality. Conversations do not create attorney-client, doctor-patient, fiduciary, adviser-client or another privileged relationship merely through use of the feature.

Bliim will seek to minimise data transmitted to external providers and limit access to what is necessary for authorised purposes. Where material to the user, the identity or category of the AI provider and its role will be made available in the Privacy Center, the applicable notice or relevant documentation.

18. Use of interactions for training, evaluation or improvement

Use of BLIIA does not, by itself, constitute consent to use queries or responses for an additional purpose of general model training.

Bliim may process interaction information for security, abuse prevention, quality evaluation, debugging, compliance and operational improvement where there is a valid legal basis and appropriate minimisation measures. If Bliim enables an additional use of content for model training or improvement that requires notice, consent or an objection mechanism, Bliim will provide that mechanism before the processing begins.

AI providers may process information only to the extent necessary to provide, protect or maintain the contracted services and in accordance with applicable configuration and obligations. Bliim will not publicly claim that a provider does not train on data or that data is never retained unless that claim has been contractually and technically verified.

19. Memory, personalisation and persistent context

BLIIA may in the future offer memory, personalisation or persistent context. None of those capabilities should be presumed active by default.

If a memory feature retains information between conversations, Bliim will explain its operation, purpose, data used, available controls, retention criteria and deletion or disabling method before using it materially.

The introduction of persistent memory, action-capable agents, voice, biometrics, new data sources or new purposes constitutes a material change subject to legal, privacy, security and product review before production.

20. Providers, models and technology changes

Bliim may use its own or third-party artificial intelligence providers, models or components. The architecture may change for quality, availability, security, cost, jurisdiction or technology-evolution reasons.

A model or provider change must not silently reduce material protections communicated to the user. If the change materially alters privacy, capabilities, risks, data processing, rights or the manner of interaction, Bliim will apply the relevant notice, contractual change, reacceptance or other mechanism.

Bliim may temporarily suspend BLIIA where a provider, model or component presents a risk that cannot reasonably be mitigated.

21. Conflicts, ranking and neutrality of information

Where BLIIA describes, compares, ranks or suggests financial or commercial products, Bliim will avoid presenting as a neutral recommendation an outcome materially determined by compensation, an undisclosed conflict, commercial preference or technical limitation that the user should reasonably know.

BLIIA does not guarantee that it displays every product available in the market or that a comparison is exhaustive. If a comparison or ranking depends on material criteria, affiliation, remuneration or a limited set of options, Bliim may provide the appropriate explanation or disclosure.

No BLIIA response changes any obligation of Bliim or a provider to provide legally required product, price, conflict or eligibility disclosures.

22. Availability, suspension and restrictions

Bliim does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of BLIIA, that BLIIA will answer every request or that it will permanently maintain a particular capability, model, language or response style.

Bliim may restrict or suspend BLIIA for an account, country, device or use category because of breach of these Terms, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, sanctions, abuse, maintenance or a valid provider instruction where applicable.

Where legally possible and reasonable, Bliim will provide appropriate information about material restrictions without disclosing information that could facilitate control evasion, fraud, abuse or compromise an investigation.

23. Liability and mandatory rights

The user acknowledges the inherent limitations of artificial intelligence systems and accepts that BLIIA is not an infallible source. To the extent permitted by law, Bliim will not be liable for decisions taken exclusively on the basis of a response that the user reasonably should have verified, or for losses resulting from use contrary to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, mandatory consumer rights, privacy, security, non-discrimination, transparency or complaint obligations, or rights applicable to a regulated financial product.

The general liability limitations in the Bliim General Terms of Use continue to apply to the extent they are not inconsistent with this clause or mandatory law.

24. Minors and vulnerable users

BLIIA is not enabled as a service specifically directed to children merely because it is integrated into Bliim. Minimum age and eligibility are determined under the General Terms, jurisdiction and applicable product.

If Bliim enables BLIIA for a feature directed to minors or particularly vulnerable users, it will first implement the additional privacy, design, content, consent, supervision, marketing and safety protections that apply.

Bliim may apply additional restrictions to certain categories of content or use where necessary to protect vulnerable users.

25. Jurisdictions and regulatory transparency

BLIIA is offered only where Bliim has authorised its availability. Artificial intelligence, privacy, consumer-protection, financial-services and content rules may vary by jurisdiction.

In the European Economic Area, where European artificial-intelligence rules apply to the feature or Bliim’s role, the BLIIA interaction will be identified as interaction with an AI system from the beginning of the first applicable interaction and the additional transparency, marking, information or rights requirements attaching to the actual configuration will be implemented.

In the United States, Colombia, Mexico and other jurisdictions, Bliim will apply the consumer, privacy, automated-decision and financial-services requirements applicable to the treatment or use actually enabled. A feature is not legally authorised merely because it is technically available.

26. Changes to BLIIA and these Terms

Bliim may update BLIIA or these Terms to reflect changes in law, model, provider, security, privacy, product, capabilities, risks or protection measures.

Where a change is material and requires renewed presentation, notice, consent, opt-out or reacceptance, Bliim will implement the relevant mechanism before the user continues using the affected feature.

Historical versions and acceptance events may be retained as compliance and contractual evidence.

27. Contact

For BLIIA support, the user may contact [email protected] or use the channels available in the Platform.

For legal, privacy, rights-exercise or formal complaint matters relating to these Terms: [email protected].

Contact number: +1 302-440-5997 BLIIM GLOBAL LLC operational address: 1000 N. West Street, Suite 1200, Wilmington, Delaware 19801, United States.

28. Effective date

These BLIIA Terms are effective from 8 September 2026 and remain in force until replaced by a later version published by Bliim.

Publication does not mean BLIIA is available in every country or that every capability described is active. The specific functionality is determined by the version and configuration actually enabled.

Part II — Artificial intelligence transparency notice Before using BLIIA You are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, not a person.

BLIIA may generate incorrect, incomplete, outdated or fabricated responses. Do not use BLIIA as your sole source for financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or high-impact decisions. BLIIA does not by itself execute material financial transactions. If an action requires authentication, confirmation, provider terms or a formal decision, it will continue through the relevant authorised flow.

BLIIA may apply safety measures that limit or refuse certain requests. Where a response concerns sensitive information, a consumer right, complaint, product decision or material transaction, the user should use the relevant official channel or document. Bliim may display a persistent or contextual indication that a response has been generated using artificial intelligence.

Where a legal obligation to mark or make AI-generated content detectable applies to Bliim in its actual role, Bliim will implement the required mechanism according to the relevant technology and jurisdiction.

Part III — BLIIA privacy supplement

1. Scope

This Supplement complements Bliim’s Global Privacy Policy and Notice in relation to processing associated with BLIIA.

In the event of conflict, mandatory law prevails and, for processing carried out by a third party under its own responsibility, that third party’s privacy notice applies to that processing.

2. Data BLIIA may process

Depending on the enabled configuration, BLIIA may process queries, responses, files or text submitted by the user, account identifiers, contextual information Bliim is authorised to use, language, preferences, timestamps, session information, device, app version, security data, reports, feedback and metadata necessary to operate the feature.

3. Purposes

Data may be used to generate responses, maintain context during a session, provide the requested functionality, protect the account and service, prevent abuse and fraud, investigate incidents, debug errors, evaluate quality, comply with legal obligations and, only where there is a valid legal basis and appropriate transparency, improve the service.

4. Artificial intelligence providers

Bliim may use technology providers for inference, hosting, security, observability, evaluation or other components.

Entity, location, role and subprocessors are managed through the applicable contracts and privacy architecture. Where provider identity is material to the user, it will be made available in the Privacy Center, applicable notice or relevant documentation.

5. Training and improvement

Bliim will not treat use of BLIIA as implied consent to use queries or responses for an additional purpose of general model training. If processing requiring a separate choice is enabled, the user will be informed before it begins and the required consent or objection mechanism will be provided. Uses necessary for security, evaluation, debugging, quality control or operational improvement will take place only where there is a valid legal basis and appropriate minimisation measures.

6. Sensitive data and credentials

The user should not enter critical credentials, seed phrases, private keys, PIN, CVV, OTP, passwords or other secrets. If a feature requires sensitive information, Bliim will use the relevant secure component and specific notice. BLIIA is not a repository designed to store authentication secrets.

7. Memory

Persistent memory is not presumed enabled. If Bliim enables a feature that remembers information between conversations, it will explain what is retained, the purpose, the retention criteria, the user controls and how it can be deleted or disabled.

8. Retention

There is no single retention period for all BLIIA data. Retention depends on purpose, security, support, legal obligations, fraud prevention, provider configuration, incidents, legal holds and the applicable retention schedule. Where no valid basis for retention exists, data will be deleted, anonymised or blocked as appropriate.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in countries other than the user’s country of residence. Bliim will implement required transfer mechanisms where applicable law requires them and reflect recipients or categories of recipients in its privacy architecture.

10. Rights

Rights of access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, withdrawal, opt-out or other applicable rights may be exercised through [email protected] and, when available, the Privacy Center. Exceptions, time limits and mechanisms depend on jurisdiction and the nature of processing.

11. Security and reports

Bliim applies reasonable security measures and may retain information necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, incidents or reports. If the user reports a response, relevant content and technical context may be reviewed to handle the case and improve safeguards.

12. Changes

Material changes in provider, model, memory, agents, new data sources, training use, voice, biometrics or purpose will be reviewed and, where applicable, subject to a new notice, consent, opt-out or update to this Supplement.

Part IV — BLIIA safe use rules ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Use BLIIA only for lawful purposes consistent with the Bliim Terms.

Do not use BLIIA for fraud, phishing, impersonation, scams, KYC/AML/sanctions evasion, identity theft, account takeover or market manipulation.

Do not request or generate instructions intended to exploit or abuse children, facilitate unlawful violence, malware, unauthorised intrusion, extortion, threats or serious harm.

Do not attempt to extract internal system instructions, keys, security secrets, third-party personal data or non-public information through techniques intended to circumvent controls.

Do not share passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVV, seed phrases, private keys, recovery codes or critical credentials.

Do not present a BLIIA response as an official document, receipt, human decision, certification or authentic evidence where it is not one.

Verify material information before acting and use official flows for transactions, complaints, support, privacy rights and regulated decisions.

Use the available reporting function to flag clearly offensive, dangerous, fraudulent or materially incorrect content.
